AUTUMN
MOON
Director Nga Chu, Producers Danielle
Giles, Rowena Crowe|5 mins. 2006
Three children are making lanterns for
the Autumn Moon Festival. They become so involved in what they
are doing, they forget their surroundings.
This charcoal animation is about Nga Chu's
(misschu herself) childhood memories of living in a refugee
camp between the ages of 5 and 9, before coming to Australia.
You can purchase a copy for $30 including postage and handling
as a fundraiser; all proceeds go directly to Oxfam.
