Other than our drop off catering service, Misschu can also provide experienced professional and reliable floor and kitchen staff for your function. A minimum of 1 working day’s notice is required should you wish to book staff for a function.
Staff are hired for a minimum of 4 hours at our most competitive rates, and will be dressed in smart, professional black and white attire. Service staff will arrive equipped with a waiter’s friend and drinks’ tray. Kitchen staff/chef are available to prepare hot items such as steamed dumplings, barbecued items, fried spring rolls, and platter ready made rice paper rolls and canapés. Misschu kitchen staff will arrive fully equiped with cooking equipment such as woks, gas burner and all utensils neccessary to prepare fried spring rolls, steamed dumplings, barbecued items and mini noodle boxes, all at no extra cost!
The following charges to customers will apply for catering staff:
Monday to Friday $42 per hour
Saturday $45 per hour
Sunday $50 per hour
Public Holidays $60 per hour
If you do not require staff, but would prefer for the canapés to be delivered on platters rather than packaged in our boxes, we can provide very aesthetically exotic looking platters, lined with fresh banana leaves. The platters cost $8 each and are yours to keep once delivered.
